OK, so I'm probably one of the LAST guys to endorse buying home fitness equipment that takes up more and about 1 cf of real estate. But as they say, there are exceptions to every rule....

Here's mine. The IronMan Gravity 4000 Inversion Table. I'll be honest, I didn't even know what the term meant until I saw an ad on late-night TV. The ad reminded me of how much I used to like hanging upside down on the monkey bars as a kid.

Well, I started doing some considerable researching (as I am wont to do). The make and model I settled on wasn't the product I saw advertised on TV: it was the IronMan Gravity 4000 Inversion Table.

It received nearly unanimous positive ratings, was fairly priced, and is available through Wal-Mart of all places. That made it especially convenient for me; it spared me the hefty shipping price, and I knew that if I didn't like it, I could return it to the store for a refund.
